Cancellation Policy

At Cleanity Inc., we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your scheduled cleaning services. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Clients may cancel their scheduled cleaning services at any time, but we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the job value will be charged.

  • However, we understand that there may be circumstances beyond the client's control, such as extreme natural disasters or emergencies. In these situations, we will waive the cancellation fee.

  • Clients can notify us of their cancellation via phone, email, or through our website.

  • We will notify clients of any changes or cancellations to their scheduled services as soon as possible, via phone call, text message, or email.

  • Clients may reschedule their appointments or services at no charge within 24 hours' notice.

Terms of Service

Cleanity Inc. provides janitorial services to clients on an ad-hoc basis, based on the size of the project or job. By requesting our services, you agree to the following terms of service:

  • Payment is expected immediately after completion of services for individuals. For corporations, payment is expected within 30 days of receiving the invoice of completion.

  • Cleanity Inc. does not offer any warranty or guarantee policy.

  • Cleaners are subcontractors and are responsible for any damages or issues caused during the provision of services.

  • Confidential information provided to Cleanity Inc. will be kept secure on our servers managed by third-party providers (Google LLC and Zoho Corporation Pvt Ltd) for internal company use only. The information will not be sold or distributed to any third party.

  • Acceptable modes of communication with Cleanity Inc. include phone, email, and through our website.

  • There are no restrictions on the use of our services.

  • Clients may cancel or terminate services in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

  • Changes or modifications to the terms of service will be updated on our website and will be communicated to client via email.

  • In the event of any dispute, clients should inquire via info@cleanity.ca. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
